Hello fellow Philadelphian! I couldnt find your original post on the jan_1 community but I wanted to see your list and see if I could help you...

As far as skin goes I have started using LUSH [lush.com] products and they have done WONDERS for my skin. I use both a cleanser, toner, and lotion from their store and they not only last FOREVER but they have helped me skin soo much. There's a LUSH on walnut between broad and 15th [closer to 15th] if you want to go in and check it out :). It seems pricey but it lasts a long time so it is worth it.
